Begin with curiosity. A question worth keeping starts with something unresolved.
Begin with a sentence. One idea, one note turns a loose thought into a place you can return to.
Begin with something read. Read for the connection asks what a passage brings to mind, as well as what it says.
A small invitation
You do not need to agree with a note to find a use for it. A disagreement can become another note, especially when you can say what changed your mind.
